New Account Form

I was given the task to create a form capable of being easy to read and fill out given the extensive information while not taking up several pages. This form is used when a new account is opened with Metro Cars.

Monthly Events Card

Every month I create an event sheet that lists the month's local events and placed behind the driver seat pockets in every Metro Car and Metro Cab. 

We wanted to be able to provide not only an added benefit for riding in one of our vehicles, but also provide a helpful resource, especially to the non-locals we transport regularly to and from Detroit Metro Airport.
