A candle holder that seeks to contemplate the passage of time, embodying the past, present and future.
A representation of the present moment, the candle flame melts the wax that drips and amasses below freely, depicting the past.
The remainder of the candle portrays the future but also stands for the finite nature of life.
Project submitted as part of DR2000 Conceptual Design, read at the NTU School of Art, Design and Media in academic year 2017.
