Shakr: Droid App Design + Typography

Shakr
Droid App Design + Typeface
Shakr utilizes clean, modern design elements to keep the eye movingacross the type. Colors were chosen to reflect a nightlife personalitywith a touch of cute. People will want to use Shakr because it combines high-end interface and interaction with useful information (who doesn't needhelp selecting a fabulous drink now and then?)
sidenote:  The Shakr was created because the Droid's current app substitutes are simply awful.

What Shakr does:
Create! a drink from scratch using presets, then browse the results
Browse! a drink from an alphabetical menu (you can just search for it with the search button)
Shakr! a random drink by shaking your Droid! Don't like it? Shakr again!

Drinks will be organized by metatags within the following categories:
Alcohol (Vodka, Rum, Cointreau, etc.)
Taste (Sweet, bitter, fruity)
Color (Blue, red, clear)
Mixer (Cranberry Juice, Seven Up, Sweet n' Sour)
Presentation (Liquid, Blended, Jello)

Shaking the Droid vigorously will result in Shakr randomly selecting a drink for you to make. Yum!

Upload your own pictures, submit new drinks, vote and comment! It's a social network of drinks!  Shakr utilizes the Droid's Back and Menu buttons to help clean up screen clutter, allowing users to enjoy the 4.3" application while having basic options just a click away.

Shakr logo/ typeface.
From the "Drink Menu Window" you can hit the options button which islocated directly on the Droidx itself.  This pulls up a hidden submenuwhere you can submit a new drink to be included in the app (you mustselect the name, metatags, and optional facts for it).  You can also"favorite" the drink, which allows you to rate it.  Or you can submit aphoto, to help grow the community of drinks visually as well.  This istruly a social drink app!
