Balsan Trading Company is considered one of the most successful Iraqi companies in terms of sales growth of the distribution of Air Conditioners (Residential - Commercial) and Home appliances, as they provide high quality products, with a long experience for over 20 years in the field of air conditioning, they have fully organized engineering staff to service consumers and providing after sales services through their main sale points in Erbil & Baghdad in addition to their network of dealers all of over Iraq.
I was approached to create a new rebranding & repositioning strategy for Balsan in the minds of their consumers, which required the brand to be associated with a joyful feeling; happiness... Happiness that exudes every time you open a newpackage you buy from them, working on the association of the thrill rather than the direct product approach, hence the slogan and indirect negative space happy face in the rebranding.
