ABOUT THE "LEEDS UNITED" REBRAND
On the 24th January, 2018, Leeds United Football Club launched their new brand identity to the footballing world by trying to incorporate a sacred gesture into a symbol that would formulate a club crest.

The reaction was quite unbelievable and even made national news, this followed with the club pulling the plug on the proposed solution less than 24 hours after it was showcased. The club responded in a positive manner to the feedback from fans and stressed how important it was that they move forward with the right crest that all Leeds United fans can be proud of.

To demonstrate my passion for Leeds United, the club I have supported and followed all my life, I took it upon myself to showcase my ideas of a rebrand. A crest means so much to a football club and their supporters, it's a symbol worn with pride and it means everything to Leeds United fans worldwide.

OBJECTIVES
- Increase awareness of the football club and it's positioning globally
- Improve an outdated image that associates with a less than successful period
- A badge that symbolises the club and it's heritage
- Minimalist style that works across all digital and offline platforms
