As the water's rise in the ocean's this project is a concept of how to use this new watery frontage to our advantage. The bridge walkway system explores the water surface next to this Eco-Resort while the rest of this concept was designed around the idea of water being the main cleaning, filtration, and sustainable force for this hotel.

These renderings show that the Eco Hotel encompasses water harvesting from fans channeling air through a dessicant solution that is heated and releases the water to in turn be used for irrigation. The spa area and outdoor plantings are used to be production as well as visual interest. From growing Palm trees to trailing vines the idea of the space is to explore and relax.
The concept of this relaxation area is that the spa guests could hear the gentle sounds of water while they are still surrounded by a comforting atmosphere as they wait and relax between spa treatments.
This is a view of the floating bridges that would give the patron the opportunity to explore the water area in a safe way. It also shows the use of the beach for events and the crops of palms.
This shows how air can be drawn through fans over a liquid desiccant solution and then the solution once heated releases the humidity that it gathers from the air into a waterfall that can also act as a container for storage of water. This water harvesting would be a good way to run water fountains without using our precious pumped water supply.
This shows the hotel floating on the water so that the land mass can be used for crop production. The lower left shows a sketch of a desalination tower that can be used in part of the food production. In this area Sea World would be on the lower right area.
This is the spa waiting area with a natural pool cleaned by plants with no chemicals and a seating patio in an arcing area.
