This unique candy pop combines hard candy and chocolate for a sophisticated treat. The idea was simple enough, but the execution involved becoming a chocolate manufacturer and combining that new knowledge with our existing hard candy + plastic expertise. A major challenge was devising a method to semi-automatically combine dissimilar (fat-based and water-based) candies onto a plastic stick. We essentially built a factory inside a factory to make this work.
