At a time when helplines and Service Centers were flooded with calls and walk-ins to understand how VIVA E-Services worked, we came up with a quirky series of illustrated posters that were put up in prominent public areas, lifts, malls and airports as well as emailed as weekly comic strips to the customer base- a lighthearted solution that made a heavy impact.
