Petrichor GeoViz Website Design
In January 2018 I started my collaborative website, Petrichor.studio. It's where I write about mapping, datavizualization, and other scientific visual design. I also post some of my mapping and GIS projects there. It is a collaborative work with my friend, Jacob Wasilkowski. He will start posting some blog posts there too, if your curious about geodev!
I designed the site keeping it really simple. Also, I'd rather spend time designing maps than working on a website's aesthetic. :) Maybe someday, I'll work on it more, but for now... on to some cartography!

The first profile pic iteration. Background textured to make it look like a chalkboard, then using a chalk-looking typeface.
