SOMETIMES, IN THE REALIZATION OF A PRODUCT, WE ARE AWAY FROM THE RULES OF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN FOR WHICH "THE FORM FOLLOWS THE FUNCTION". AND IT COMBINES THE ROUTE, THAT THE DESIGN BECOMES COMMUNICATION THROUGH GRAPHICS AND PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE MOST SIMPLE MANNER, TO TELL AND TO UNDERSTAND ITS BEST SOUL.
This catalog deals with Photography and Design, two disciplines to which I am particularly interested. Photography has always been my passion, immortalizing moments or some objects and subjects that strike me, but above all with it I can express myself and show my deepest feelings.
So I'm trying to combine my passion in the field of design, topics that have become part of my study path.
Take a Still Life to fully express the value of a design object, to understand the necessary features of operation but not only, to show the elegance of the single object.
These lamps were made and taken by me during the three school years, between 2014 and 2016.

The Light in Wood made with pieces of plywood, assembled piece by piece and worked at the ends creating these curvatures. A simple but also rustic and complete appearance. Light in Wood is best used in a room that gives warmth, furniture, sofa and walls. Light in wood has been placed on a large wall and we see that it is in perfect amony with the objects surrounding the lamp.
It must be circulated with suitable objects, so that the lamp gets married well with the environment. It is well amalgamated with warm colors and non-cold walls, a lamp that stands out immediately to the eye with regard to the composition.

The Geometry Composed were made with recycled material. They are six pieces of metal, which have been assembled and on the surface we have the presence of geometric modules, to which textures made with plastic bottles have been applied. The inspiration was taken from Mondrian's paintings. Geometry Composed lamps are positioned in places of no greater importance. They are table lamps or better still in a bedroom, placing them on the side tables on the sides of the bed. The Geometry Composed lamps are not so large and can be placed in any position and the textures must create a nice atmosphere.
