By now The Fashion Book Berlin gives an overview of the Berlin fashion scene every year. Besides different essays and storys which reflect the developments of the branch, over 40 outstanding designers and shops are beeing portraied. Additionally eleven designers created individual shirts which are being spread inside the book (picture four). Texts are bilingual German/English.* * *
I collaborated with denmark based illustrator Naja Conrad Hansen, who did all the illustration work. I used “Requiem” font by “Hoefler & Frere-Jones” for headlines and “Trade Gothic” for text. The English texts are printed in an extra gray colour to prevent it from blurring in such small sizes.
