DXARTS Thesis Work

June 2012 was the exhibit of my BFA Thesis, entitled "It's Worth Asking."

The piece used 9 mirrored panels controlled by 18 servos on an Arduino Mega. A projector shines directly down onto the panels, each of which tilt independently to scatter the light of the video.

The slices of light are scattered intermittently, as kites dance through nonsequential spaces, and a man's face rearranges. The servos slowly return to their home position and realign the grid, but ever so briefly.
