The project

For my new adventure as a freelance I have been designing my business cards
based on my logo & identity, in order to be ready for the right moments and "hit" at the first touch.

The process

The idea was to convey a little experience in a simple object to make it unique at the first impression. In order to take care of every single element and every detail, I thought of an artisanal process: I’ve entrusted a friend of Mubien Studio, craftsman masters from Santander, who has followed step by step
the realization of the handmade print I was looking for.

Details

I was looking for a quite abstract detail to break up in a strong but not too invasive way the monotony of the black and white pattern, so the yellow has been inserted on the edges and on the professional title. I decided to use a thin font to give an "hit to the eyes effect" and bring who reads to focus.

The final touch

For the shooting I've experimented with the yellow edges to simulate the "hit to the eyes effect" of which I've spoken before. I've turned off all the lights and I've enlighted with a white neon just the edges, and that's how everything got illuminated.
