Here there is a little photoshop composing, i hope you'll like it!

All the textures were regularly bought on https://www.inkydeals.com/ 

There is the first step, i have added the hands, the lamp and changed the face. Usually i prefer to work in black an white and recolor the project after the composing. I don't know if it is a good way to do, but that's the result.
