The Familiar Places Embroidery series is a collection of modern embroidery based on the town of Sudbury Ontario Canada. The goal is to have a full display of hoops that act as a map of not necessarily large traditional landmarks but instead made from the nooks and crannies of my home town. A little handmade piece of nostalgia for a select few.
