This was another game we pour our hearts out before getting disqualified because of extending the size requirements(they requested less than 1 mb, we submitted around 40mb I think). Nevertheless, this is one project I was really proud of to be part of since they actualize the story in which Andres is the hero rather than Jose Rizal. The strong influence for the story was a movie coming out at that time which was Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, so we got to parodize that story and turned it in our own and Filipanized it. The big question was, what if Andres didn't die in the mountains and secretly hid with the village and when that village gets attacked by monsters Andres becomes a hero, a legend for example. That kind of twisted story pushed us into finishing the game even though it's difficulty is ramped up, or the programmers were just to lazy to test all the levels. Anyway kudos to my team for finishing this project hope with our current thesis we'll rock everybody's world.
