Done back a few years when I just started graphic design, I did this for a company called LucianStyle located in Rodneybay.
They wanted a design to relate to the country, Something fun, Something inviting, a rare key peice of the beautiful island, St.lucia.
Just like that I had a flashback of my past and remembered my first time encountering the Amazona versicolour, the national bird of St.lucia. Just the thought of its grace and how beautiful the sun glazed over it wings gave me this wonderful concept.
Right there in the meeting i grabbed a pencil and paper and drew a quick sketch of the idea of having two of those birds riding a sleek segway. Excited and thrilled the two owners gave the okay and this was their first T-shirt design to be borned and loved by nationals and foreigners alike.
