As my final project at the Illinois Institute of Art, I wrote and illustrated a children’s book and designed a variety of themed merchandise. The Closet Monster’s Survival Guide demonstrates how to survive the things that go bump in the night by teaching kids good bedtime habits like brushing your teeth before bed. This project was a blast to work on throughout the entire process and it allowed me to incorporate my passion for illustration and storytelling within my design work.
