A once in a life time thermal flight to cloud base, I pilot Len Buffintons’ new H-Model 8m span (54 lbs/25kg) Arcus to the limits of visibility and into a cloud. Len did the hi-risk launch and landings as it is a brand new and expensive model,  but quickly handed over his DX-20 for my epic thermal flight to cloud base and beyond in late September summer conditions at the Sky High aero tow event in the Muncy Hills of central Pennsylvania. I shot the footage with my Canon DSLR and many Mobius action cams attached to the glider, edited in Final Cut.
