Branding project for 'Belle Marie'
'Belle Marie' re-brand project

Through my business a client came to me and asked if I could re-brand her nail and beauty company 'Belle Marie'. I jumped at the opportunity because this would be my first full brand project to date for a real working business. I had to create a new logo, a business/appointment card, gift voucher and a full price list.

She wanted to use Peonies flowers as these would be a main feature with her interior in her new shop. Colour theme was a limited to shades and tonnes of pinks, ranging from hot fuchsia pinks to cold pastel pinks. Typography for her logo had to be of a script nature and emphasise the 'B' and 'M' in 'Belle Marie'.

Below are photographs of my final printed designs which I photographed in her new shop. Simple and elegant designs which definetly met all her needs and couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out.

Peony Flower Borders

Each flower border around the text was hand painted using only watercolour. Once each peony flower, bud, decorative leaf was finished I then scanned them into Adobe Photoshop and enhanced the pink shades and tonnes. Once I was happy with the final colours, I re-opened the files in Adobe Illustrator were I then arranged each flower individually in a unique display. Every flower arrangement on the business/appointment card, gift voucher and price list is slightly different.
Thank you for viewing and hope you enjoyed this project!
