Student Work
Interactive light installation that explores how people are disconnected with their environment. This schema proposes an architectural installation, that encourages users to value taking one’s time, and observing/ taking in our surroundings. The installation monitors the pace of participants through sensory footpaths, in which images of patterns and colours are projected onto surrounding buildings and structures based on the pace of the person. The slower a user walks, the brighter and more vibrant, and clear the images projected, and the fast they walk, the duller, faded and grey the images are.
