My name is Sara Meredith. I'm a Media Studies and Production major with a concentration in Television and Film. I also have two minors in Graphic Design and Spanish Language.

My complete resume follows this portfolio.
Photography
I've been a photographer for more than 5 years. When I first began I was passionate about macro photography. But now I mainly focus in landscapes and recently started experimenting in shooting people. I also am proficient in Photoshop and Lightroom and use both to edit my photos.
Video Production
My true passion in life is video production. I've been making videos since I was a child, but got serious about it in tenth grade. After producing countless short videos, a documentary, a short film, a music video, directing morning news, producing and directing a live telethon, and really exploring how video communication works I decided to further my studies of it in college.

For many projects I like to work with DSLR cameras; however, I also have worked with JVCs for most school projects. In addition, I have worked with GoPro cameras for many years and also the GoPro Karma drone.

I am proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and have been using it for many years. However, I also recently became an Avid Media Composer Certified User. I love working with both Avid Media Composer and Premiere Pro.
I love to experiment with cutting to music and creating a strong bond between what we're seeing and what we're hearing.

I recently started exploring experimental film and some filmmaking challenges (such as, the 5x5 featured above). I hope to explore more filmmaking techniques such as this in the future with the use of effects, cutting to music, and more.

Working with drones and gimbles are also very interesting to me. I've recently started to explore working with drones like in the video above.

Featured above is a recap video made in Atlanta, Georgia at the Student Television Network's annual video competition. I traveled to and competed in two of these competitions while in high school. I created this recap, a short film, and a short film trailer in a set amount of time with a given prompt in a team. The short film I helped create was given an honorable mention. I also attended many seminars given by industry professionals while there.

Graphic Design
As I stated before I'm also a Graphic Design minor. My interest in this started mid-way through high school. I took a class and enjoyed it. It wasn't until I got to college that I realized my hobby could actually be a part of my studies. I mainly work with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Social Media
In February of 2018 I began working at the Center for Student-Athlete Enhancement and took over their social media accounts - Instagram and Twitter. I create original graphics to promote events, make announcements, and more. On my profile I have a project named FOXPYs which goes into detail on an award show I promoted, made graphics for, and helped plan. Below are some graphics made for posting.
