24"x18" Mixed Media on Board

First painting of the new year and also the start of a new pseudo-project of revisiting paintings from several years ago and reworking them. This is partially of two-fold result of primarily never feeling like I actually finished these pieces and to a very lesser extent of the paintings just sitting in a closet for over 2 years.

So this painting is going back a bit to my previous style/series of very textured work. I feel like the original piece was on to something but never fully realized until this revision. Enjoy!
