About me

I currently hail from Lubbock, but I growing up in Dallas, I played a variety of instruments, took dance classes, and even polished my pipes in voice lessons – so it’s no shock why I chose to be a DJ.

But somewhere between piano lessons with grandma and raving on the weekends, I found Trance. It pulled me in like quicksand and I fell head over beats; deep into a sea of complex melodies, mainstream defiance, and into the open arms and minds of its followers. And I’m never looking back.

After years of scouring the internet, downloading every bar of music in my sight and dancing my ass off at any show that would have me, I opened my first gig for local LBK DJ [blank] – and the rest is mystery.

Since then, I’ve DJ'd for performers like Juvenile, Sno White, Elliot Lipp and even Big Black and Bam Bam for their final ‘Rob & Big Party’.

I recently took a hiatus to discover my roots as an individual / musician and challenge a new wave of Trance, reinvent myself and hopefully set the stage for a new direction. I want people to walk in and know they’re listening to me or at least say, “wow – who is this?!”, instead of, “OMG I love this Wobble remix.”

I’ll always be searching for that one thing that makes me stand out: that one thing that sparks the flame, ignites the crowd, and sends a crashing wave across a sea of beats, bros, and bad decisions - spindling on a slate of smoke.

Equipment

I turn a Rane TTM 57SL Mixer and Technics 1200 MK2 Direct Drive Turntables. Oh and once upon a time I rocked the fuck out on flute – true story.
