Vamp is a geometric display typeface that is inspired by sharp angles and shapes. The typeface is best suitable for subjects relating music and rock & roll.
The name "vamp" is based off of a musical term which means, "a repeated pattern, usually without a melody, that serves to fill time before the main melody enters," which is similar to the technique in which the typeface was created. There is a base "pattern" for how the letters are made but is not necessarily repeated exactly the same.
