Musical-visual Project executed by Proac ICMS 2011 cultural incentive programme, sponsored by Lupo. Each comics painting was produced by SOPA using techniques of craft recycled paper collage, the most meaningful cultural points of São Paulo city were mentioned, taking music as a reference. The exhibition, with its soundtrack composed and performed by SOPA, premiered in Buenos Aires, where the duo settled down as its artistic residence to create the exhibition’s second part, presented in São Paulo, with references to the Argentinian capital. The part of the story related to São Paulo city (paulistana) was expanded into X-Sampa Mural format, exposed in several public spaces in São Paulo, with live soundtrack performances.
