NEW YORK, September 18, 2012 —Not only did thousands of fashion insiders including media, buyers and stylists attend Nolcha Fashion Week: New York Presented by RUSK on September 12, for a day long presentation of runway shows featuring international designers, but celebrities flocked to witness the fashions featured at the shows.
