設計概念「微觀歲時台灣」，以飛行的視角照見原鄉豐熟燦貌，將高空俯瞰大地的萬傾視野與微觀食材紋理結合。航程旅途晝夜刻畫人民勤奮腳步，歲時盈缺下潮汐與季風描摹生活，如候鳥在各式時節南歸北返，俯瞰台灣的燦美地景，微觀視角品味四季宴饗，擁抱豐盛大地。

The idea of looking at Taiwan from a bird’s-eye view comes from seeing familiar scenery from a different angle when in flight. Day or night, travel never ceases. As seasons come and go, life is constant yet ever-changing; like the migratory birds that take the same route when the season comes. From great heights we can take in the beautiful landscape of Taiwan. But when we take a closer look, we see food that varies from season to season, the harvest of an abundant land.
