For DISC, I had to put together a kid book, with poems and illustrations. The first thing I did was write down which poems I was gonna use, and the art style I was gonna use

The second thing I did was make minimal 5 sketches of each illustration, and I put a circle around the design I was gonna use.

After that, I did the same thing for the cover of the book.

After that, I worked out the illustrations on big paper, and outlined them with a fineliner.

I also worked out the cover of the book the same way.

Next, I made a moodpboard to describe the mood in my illustration book, and determine the colours I will use in the moodboard

Next thing I did, was scan in all of the finished illustrations, then I cleaned and coloured them in Paint tool SAI.

After that I finished up the cover with the title and my name written in it on Illustrator

Finally, I finished the book in InDesign. I played around with fonts awhile and I decided to choose the font Phank.
