Mindgauge (v2) - "Your Mind at Work"

Mindgauge v2 is a research-based app designed to help you improve your focus and media use while you work.  By allowing you to track task-switching, mood, mind wandering and media use, Mindgauge helps you to "know your mind at work", reduce distraction and stress, and improve productivity and mood.  Led by Johan Alibassa, the project evolved from the original Mindgauge v1 which focused only on the mood tracking and self-assessments.

Mindgauge is part of the Well@Work project, a collaboration between the Wellbeing-Supportive Technology Lab at the University of Sydney and mental health researchers at the Black Dog Institute and the Brain and Mind Centre. This project was funded by beyondblue with funds from the Movember Foundation.
