A female portrait study as a beginner

As of jan 2018 I have just got started on the 3D field with the easiest software (as starter) like cinema 4d... 
it took me 3 weeks to decode this software +others, with about 72 hours of working together with thousands of tutorial tabs on the net and many sleepless days in addition to my daytime job and overall redesigning the whole thing 3 times together with many parts of it and screwing up long hours of rendering because of a messy file with many mistakes I have to understand the rendering system and fix it... 
I used the standard renders in the cinema 4D... 
I was pushing myself into a big leap to something I really didn't know how to do it and have no idea what I was doing! but voila...here it is! not the best out there but just a fresh start and new experience!
