Below are a small sample of the dozens of affordable housing communities we offer in California and Hawaii, and I’m sure you’ll love them!

The senior housing community located minutes away from the lovely Tiburon Peninsula. Situated in a quaint neighborhood dotted with trees and white picket fences, Cecilia Place has plenty of outdoor spaces for relaxing and strolling — in fact, the waterfront is within walking distance! With easy access to public transportation, residents can get around to shopping centers, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and more. Each unit is fitted with a kitchen, dining nook, bathroom and great-room.

Located near State Route 128, Stonebridge Apartments is a prime location for wine lovers — because it’s located near numerous wineries and vineyards! Not to mention Zinfandel is the next town over…

Besides the beautiful vineyards and green space, residents can experience the softly flowing water from the Napa River and the rolling hills of the Napa Valley. There’s also an outdoor playground, soccer field, two basketball courts, community gardens, barbecue area and a community center complete with a kitchen, television, library, wifi,  and a piano. You can often find children and residents participating in community groups, day camps, arts programs, and recreational activities at the community center.

The entire community of West Loch Elderly Village sits amidst trees and landscaped lawns with a plethora of leafy green foliage. The pet-friendly apartment homes come with a complete kitchen, small patio area, and grab bars in the bathrooms since residents need to be 62 years or older. The village also has a large 5,000 square foot multi-purpose recreation and administrative center which holds monthly activities. Shopping, dining and about five golf clubs are nearby!

Hibiscus Hills located right on the bus line near the freeway, across the street from a large community park, and minutes away from your favorite outlets at the Waikele Outlet Mall. Although the housing complex isn’t located right on the beach, you will definitely feel close enough to it since all buildings are painted in lovely shades of blue (just like the ocean!) and lined with plenty of palm trees.

Sprawling across nine acres of land in Hawaii’s capital city of Honolulu sits Kukui Gardens, an affordable housing apartment complex with multiple floor plans available for families of all sizes. Each unit has a private patio or balcony, more than one entrance, and a full kitchen. The community is surrounded by bright green lawns and plenty of walkways, a few municipal parks, a lovely botanical garden, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and specialty shops. And if there was ever an emergency, the Kalihi Palama Health Center that’s two blocks away provides services exclusively to its residents.
