EL NACIONAL [Shanghai] by hcreates
El Nacional is a foodie heaven, with a sampling of Spanish dishes.
The design is based on a market feel, with different stalls to emphasise the freshness and variety. Whilst it is a large open space the key was to keep all of the food stations working together cohesively. This was achieved through well thought out design using a common materials palette of terracotta, terrazzo, shades of green, steel mesh and recycled brick. The bright colourfully lit signs above each stall, gives the stations an individual touch and vintage style signage.
With a top menu and great ambience, this is sure to become a popular spot in the new Tai Koo Hui Development from Swire
