Located in the food court on the second floor of Henderson Mall is Seoul Truck Street Food. Their specialty is authentic Korean fried chicken and it's so frickin good! I have been there twice and each time I burnt my tongue on the chicken. My favourite part is their skin, which is always crispy and crunchy. I have tried the spicy sweet soy-based fried chicken with sesame and the sweet spicy red pepper fried chicken sprinkled with nuts on top.

For takeout, I ordered Ban-Ban Dr, a family sized portion of fried chicken that comes with cassava chips and radish pickles. Half was crunchy crispy and the other half was sweet spicy. The chicken skin was still crunchy and crispy the next day when I finished off the leftovers.
