Scenario Learning

Many of our projects involve procedure or operational manuals.  Often they are filed in a cubicle and never read.  Telling an employee what to do is only the beginning.  If telling is the only approach, it is often forgotten.

Our approach is to involve the participant in scenarios.  We use the content and create a situation for the participant to make decisions based on the content and the situation.  Video scenarios are effective, however we also use a very cost effective approach using text and images.
