The Hall of Fame (HOF) is a brain-fit game for People Living with Dementia (PLWD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MC). Developed as an extra app for the CaregiversPro-MMD EU H2020 project (in 2017) by CERTH (software) and the University of HULL (contents). It was translated into French, Italian, and Spanish.
