Directions for Experience
Supplies:T-shirt (purchased for experience or well worn and familiar), the most beautiful flowers that you are able to find, needle, a scissor, thread,basket to collect left over floral bits and string.
* Step 1
Use about an arms length of threat doubled in a thin sharp needle. Begin by anchoring the threat into the first point on your template.
* Step 2
Chose your first petal and separate it from the bud. Slowly and appreciatively begin to draw the petal down the sting. Anchor with a small delicate "X" stitch.
* Step 3
Repeat above direction throughout the rest of the points on the template
* Step 4,5, 6
Appreciate the beauty of each piece of the flower. Appreciate these flowers for their present beauty and the life they have lived prior to being in your hands.Appreciate each petal until they become a person.
* Step 7
Once you have embroidered every petal to the points on the tshirt relax and take stock. Relax. Appreciate the transition. Relax. Appreciate the cycle. Relax.Allow this garment to become an example of yourself and of the life of the flower.
* Step 8
As the petals age appreciate every step. We will grow with them and remember fondly the times past.
