Long Pond is an area in the Town of Croghan, Lewis County, New York. It is just east of the "Blue Line" which is the border of the Adirondack Park. The black represents the Oswegatchie River, which means "black water." The Pine trees represent the 4 seasons, with Autumn within the park (first version) as it is the most spectacular season. The green represents the Adirondack Forest. These are my idea for a flag for the People's Republic of Long Pond.
