Guilho é um projeto que foi desenvolvido no período letivo 2017.1, tratando sobre a corrupção na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Milhões são gastos anualmente com poucos vereadores enquanto milhões de pessoas passam necessidade ou deixam de receber seus salários. O projeto visa dar à população maior controle sobre os seus políticos, sendo apartidária e imparcial.
Guilho was a project developed in the first semester of 2017 at PUC-Rio. It is a tool to fight corruption in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where few politicians earn millions while millions of citizens are starving and not receiving their wages properly. It allows the people to check on their politicians, it was made to be impartial and totally neutral.
