As L'Oréal Paris' digital partner, our mission was to make their massive email database plus millions of stored cookies work for them. A profile page and series of emails were designed to personalize each individual experience. Emails with unique content, as well as social media posts and fun quizzes were developed and sent out to initiate and continue the customer journey.
