When the Gay Flay of South Africa was recognised as a National Emblem, the activists involved embarked on a 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert' roadtrip from Cape Town to Johannesburg conducting what they termed 'exhibitionist activism' along the way to fight for Gay rights and to receive the Gay Flag at Constitution Hill. This is the story of this unique army of human rights activists.
