I created this logo in early 2017 for the local chapter of Indivisible. The chapter's leader and I wanted to keep the logo's look roughly in line with the national identity of Indivisible but also tie it directly to the Fountain City. I used similar fonts to Indivisible's main brand and, in keeping with the political mission of Indivisible, chose red, white, and blue as the logo's colors. The chapter's leader provided me with multiple images of the skyline of the Columbus as seen from across the Chattahoochee River, which played an integral part in Columbus's history and continues to be a defining feature of the city. The particular silhouette we chose to reference is of a historic mill in downtown Columbus and the buildings and water tower near it.
