This is an ink drawing I created in a foundation art class at Western Michigan University. This piece is a 10,000 marks project that I really enjoyed. The contrast of the thick black on the white background is pleasing to the eye. The oval shape intensifies near the top left, where it appears as though the marks are sprouting from. This piece will be displayed in Western Michigan University's Annual Foundation Student Exhibition in September of 2018.
