Last winter, Beijing was in a serious state of air pollution with a high haze index. I was trapped in the dormitory finishing my assignments, longing for good weather and desiring outdoor activities. I found that I really missed green plants. In this work, I used acrylic to paint a scene where a little girl and a bunny enjoyed afternoon tea in a greenhouse. I used the structure of the tunnel book to make multiple images overlap to create a small, three-dimensional space. I think this small space seems to have also become the spiritual corner that allowed me to escape briefly from the haze threat, a little gift for me who had been forced to breathe in the polluted city.
