doze sleep system

More than 30% of people suffer with insomnia on a regular basis.

Doze is a home system that dims your lights when it's time to switch off. Using light and movement sensors on your ceiling that light up and give the effect of lying under the night's sky, Doze detects your sleep behaviour, adjusting sleep and wake times to suit you. It can even detect if you're jet lagged.
The sensors will observe how much artificial light is in your room around bedtime and through the night, as well as any disruptions that wake you. They also calculate when you tend to shut off for the night, and what time you wake up, while syncing to sunset and sunrise times wherever you are around the world.
Using this information, the sensors will light up when the system has calculated it is best for you to limit your light consumption. Connect them to your home hub system and they will also dim your lights to an appropriate level, leaving you to enjoy the stars on your ceiling. When the sensors detect you have fallen asleep, they will turn off entirely so as not to disturb your sleep.
In the morning Doze will give you a sleep score. This includes how much artificial light you were exposed to, your wake variance, and how much background noise disturbed you.
