The Bhopal Baking Co. is a bakery based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh in India. The branding was interesting because I had to keep in mind that it is opening in a small town and the design can’t be too contemporary but at the same time also giving it legs enough to open in a big metropolitan city which has a more modern and evolved audience and industry. The brand personality was narrowed down to old-fashioned, raw, wholesome and hand-made as the key-traits. The name was finalised to The Bhopal Baking Co. to give it a more professional feel.
The overall project consisted of creating a photography mood-board, designs for packaging and the mood-board for its interiors which included a wall installation named the #greatwallofbaking.
