Proyecto Toil - Mesa de animación - Packaging
Al empezar el proyecto se pensó en la creación de un packaging de consumo en el que no se usara ningún tipo de adhesivo y cuya estructura fuera sencilla además de estar realizado en un único material sin que se perdiera calidad. Con la toma de esta decisión se abaratan los costes del producto, al usar un único material (cartón de microcanal) y eliminando el adhesivo, que supone un incremento del precio y de los procesos de producción.

At the beginning of the project, we thought about creating a consumer packaging in which no type of adhesive was used and whose structure was simple as well as being made of a single material without losing quality. With this decision, the costs of the product are reduced by using a single material (micro channel cardboard) and eliminating the adhesive, which implies an increase in the price and production processes.
A pesar de ello, el embalaje debía ser cómodo y robusto por lo que integramos un mango en el propio troquel capaz de soportar hasta 3kg. De esta manera se facilita el transporte y el producto se mantiene seguro.
In spite of this, the packaging had to be comfortable and robust so we integrated a handle in the own die capable of supporting up to 3kg. In this way transportation is facilitated and the product is kept safe.
