The Parisianer 2050
" What will the world look like in 2050? "
Among other great artists, Owen Davey & Antoine Corbineau were invited by The Parisianer to explore their visions
of the future. As diverse as they are thought-provoking, the results have been collated and published as part of
'The Parisianer 2050'.
"Gregg takes care of the vegetables on Thursday night. The smell of the damp earth fills his nostrils. Happy chickens mow around his feet. A butterfly flutters by. He can hear Jaisha and Aurelien, elsewhere in the garden, who take care of the aromatic herbs and organize the compost.
"Gregg digs up potatoes for a stew he's cooking tonight. These potatoes are the fruit of the shared toil of a community gathered around the creation of a permaculture garden."

"Let's be optimistic, Paris in 2050 is finally the green city that we imagined and hoped for in 2017. Let's be pessimistic, in 2050, Paris is still grey and cars still do not fly; the beautiful utopia is still only a fragile sketch drawn in chalk on the sidewalk of a large noisy and polluted boulevard. The fate of Paris is in our hands…"
