Rearden's Jazz Weekend Poster - As part of a job application, Rearden's wanted a poster that outlined their offerings over the Cork Jazz weekend. The design firstly needed to reflect their brand and secondly mirror the nature of jazz music. I came up with the idea of 'We've go the keys' and mirrored that with the abstract piano keys. Many of the colors in the pallet are taken from the clients logo, while the red background borrowed from the official marketing collateral published by the event organisers. Even though I didn't take the position when offered, I was approached afterward for permission to use my design in their marketing anyway.
