Near where I come from there are plenty of weird place names; ahem... Penistone anyone? But what's more fascinating is the abundance of places that have double meanings and the are examples all over the world.

I wanted to map them all, but also include some neat little illustrations to accompany the maps. I settled on an informal, handdrawn style that better suited the funny nature of the maps.
